San Onofre State Beach is over 3000-acres of sandy and rocky beaches, weathered bluffs, and coastal wetlands located on the northernmost border of San Diego County and 3 miles south of the city of San Clemente in Orange County.
My family and I love to explore this area!
Every year over 2.5 million people frequent San Onofre State Beach, making it one of the top five most visited state parks in California.

I wanted to add a few more facts, concerning my time as a San Diego Fisheries Technician, which allowed me time to explore the coast and get paid to do it.
I Love the Ocean!
As I have gone over a little bit of this before on my For the Love of San Diego Beaches, I wanted to add a bit more information.
After graduating from High School, I transferred my life down south to go to college. One of the first places I visited was the beautiful beaches of San Diego!
It was love at first sight!
